Acceptable Use Policy
This article stipulates the principles and requirements for customers to use Juhost's services. The content of this article is referred to as AUP.
Definition:
You: user
Our: HHost (a subsidiary brand of Sowell Host Network Technology Co. Ltd.)
We reserves the right to implement and modify relevant rules to regulate customers' use of our services.
Any violation of the AUP may result in termination of service without compensation.
Prohibited services / content
1-1 Any type of porn content. It is prohibited to use our services to store, display, transmit, or advertise any form of porn content.
1-2 Hacking, exploiting security vulnerabilities, scanning other servers, spreading viruses, malware, compute code or any similar abuse case.
1-3 Unauthorized access to any servers and systems.
1-4 Any fraud related or privacy violation related.
1-5 Infringement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents and distribution/hosting of associate software and computer code.
1-6 Anonymous network proxy, open (multi-person connection/sharing) network proxy/transit/hidden network service (not limited to paid or free service).
1-7 Email services (sending/receiving), port 25/465/587 blocked.
1-8 Improper political descriptions of Hong Kong (A Special Administrative Region of China), China, and the country where the server is located.
Review, Suspension, and Security Maintenance
2-1 We reserves the right to access the services to review, suspend, terminate or delete content for investigate any possible violations of the AUP.
2-2 We will not provide any refunds for services that related to violations of AUP.
2-3 You shall be responsible for the use of the service (including but not only preventing hacking and unauthorized access to your service).
2-4 You should backup your data regularly and ensure the security of the operating system.
Report AUP violation
3-1 If you discover any abuse, infringement or violation, please report it to our Abuse team email: [email protected] and we will handle it as soon as possible.
